I was out in the Centreville area after a meeting and decided to stop by Tropical Smoothie Cafe for a quick bit to eat. I walked in and in saw their menu of wraps and other sandwiches. The place is decorated like a tropical paradise which is sort of cheesy. Since it is a fast food restaurant I guess they can get away with it.

I am sucker for anything with buffalo sauce so I decided to order the Buffalo Chicken Toasted wrap. It included chicken, low fat mozzarella, tomatoes, romaine, buffalo sauce, light ranch & a white tortilla. I decided to order the combo which came with chips and a drink. It took about 7 minutes for my wrap to be made which is a little long for fast food. Once I got the food I sat down and took the first bite. Immediately I was overcome by the flavor that was bundled in the toasted wrap. The buffalo chicken and cheese tasted spicy and cheesy. I was really impressed with what I got for 8 dollars.

Overall I think Tropical Smoothie is a viable lunch spot, I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of flavor my wrap packed. It does take longer to get your food, but the quality of the food was worth the wait.
