The Atrium in Rosslyn is a beautiful building built in 1986.  It has long been one of the biggest and most prominent condo buildings in Rosslyn until Turnberry Towers came along. The Atrium has a great location about 2 blocks form the Rosslyn metro which provides great convenience for its owners and tenants. It is so close to Georgetown (15 min walk) and there is now the Georgetown bus that picks up at the Rosslyn metro for .50 cents.

The Atrium has many amenities that are great to have so close to D.C.. There is a Safeway, CVS, and restaurants directly across the street. They have a very nice pool that open at reasonable times. The Atrium has a private tennis court that is available to only the owners and tenants. There is a new grille area which has three great gas grills. There is a 24 hour gym that has just been redone with a sauna, jacuzzi, and showers. The condo fees include the cable which is a bonus in any building. They have a nice party room and a dry cleaners inside the building.

The Atrium has a beautiful lobby with a waterfall and granite throughout. The glass elevators provide amazing views of Georgetown above the 4th floor. The garage has newly been redone and is huge. The Atrium is lucky that they have a proactive board constantly updating and providing more for the owners. The building coming up in that area are coming it at higher and higher prices which will only drive The Atrium’s value up. many of The Atrium’s units have been redone but if you can find one that is not it would be a great investment. The building is renovation friendly which is not east to find today. So if you are looking for a condo/apartment in Rosslyn you should really check out The Atrium as it is reasonably priced and you get a lot of amenities.
