Earlier this month I was coming down with a cold in the middle of 90 degree weather, I am not sure how, but it still happened. I was in dire need of soup and I happened to drive by Super Pho in Herndon. When I saw it I was relieved, a place that help me with the sickness.

When you walk into Super Pho, it looks different then your typical pho place. It is clean and in really good shape and lighted well throughout. Luckily I was at Super Pho right in time for their lunch special. It included a spring or summer roll, a drink, and a regular sized bowl of pho. Of course I had to order the special and about 2 minutes later my spring roll arrived. The spring roll was fantastic in of itself, it had a crunchy outside, with a juicy and tasty inside. I destroyed the spring rolls and my pho arrived a few minutes later. It was steaming and had the perfect color broth, with a wonderful aroma. When I tasted the broth I was heaven, it was smooth, clean, and full of flavor. There were ample amount of good quality noodles and meat, which is always an added bonus. In my opinion this was one of the better pho places and they have great service.
