I saw this unit while strolling through open houses and it immediately stuck out to me because of the great price. When I took a closer look I also realized that it was a good looking place in a wonderful location.

It is very hard to find a two bedroom place in Penn Quarter for less than 600K and this unit is only 504K. the only kicker to this is the 901 dollar a month condo fee, which is pretty hard to swallow.

This unit has been renovated pretty well, it has hardwood floors, nice bathrooms, and a fully renovated kitchen.
Location: 9
Penn Quarter is great for a young person in the city, you are close to Chinatown and close to downtown. You also have every metro line within 5 or 6 blocks of your house, which is pretty much unbeatable.
Overall this place is a pretty good deal even with the large condo fee. You are not going to get this much space, at this location, for such a low price. It is definitely worth visiting this open house.
