This place is priced just OK at 549k. It comes in at about 1,000 sqft, but it is in a great location and the condo fee is fairly reasonable at 410. Most of the condo fees in this area are much more. As an added bonus it comes with free garage parking for 6 months (this also means you do not get a space).
The finishes in the condo look pretty good, there are hardwood floors in the main living area. The kitchen is done well also, there are stainless steel appliances, a nice back splash, with modern cabinets. The bathroom is what really stuck out to me, the simple marble finishes and dark wood cabinets make a great looking bathroom.
This unit is located a couple blocks away from Logan circle which makes it fairly close to the center of the city. The main negative about the location of this unit is that it is located pretty far from the Dupont metro and just as far from Mt Vernon Square. However you do have pretty much everything you need in the area and if you are a DC native 1/2 a mile is nothing!
Overall this unit is pretty nice and a decent price for the area. If you are looking to buy in Logan Circle you should check this place out.
