Muse DC

I went to Muse DC and was surprised by a few pieces of this place. One cool thing is the fact that have some pretty cool DJs coming through. I had heard of this place before but would have never thought Treasure Fingers would roll through. So when I heard he was I figured what perfect time to check out Muse.

The first level like all the rest is very nice. It is lit with blue lights and a pretty nice setup. The bar is at the front and the dance floor is in the back. The DJ is raised above the dance floor for a nice feel. It was pretty crowded and they seem to do themed parties often. The second floor was a totally different environment it was quite nice and had a feel similar to Josephine’s. They also had a different type of music which was more of a hip hop feel. On the top level of Muse was kind of their mixed area. They had a mix of house and hip-hop on the third floor which also looked quite similar to Josephine’s. The drinks at Muse were actually pretty reasonable averaging from around 8-11 dollars. Which is pretty decent for a D.C. area lounge.

Overall I think Muse is a nice place and I hope they keep bringing great DJs as I am all about the music.
