1106091133-00 I was talked into checking out Minerva last week with a friend. They have a special lunch buffet at their Chantilly location which is 7.95 Monday through Thursday. I wasn’t really feeling Indian food that day but when I walked in I immediately changed my mind. I was increasingly surprised when seeing the amount of food they had on their buffet. The choices were excellent and they all were very fresh which is essential in a buffet. So on to the massive variety that they had. I don’t know much about Indian food so feel free to correct me if I am wrong. So my favorite thing by far was the butter chicken. It was so good I honestly could not believe I was eating this at a buffet especially one that was 7.95. Their tandoori chicken was also delicious and was flavored very nicely. Their naan was quite light and flavorful which is not a normal find. I also had the Chana Masala which I love to dip the naan in. They also had this yellow potato dish which I kept eating as it tasted great as well.

Overall I would say Minerva has some great Indian food. I would also go as far to say that this is probably one of the best lunch buffet deals I have seen in a long time. So if you are ever brave enough to drive all the way to Chantilly check this place out. Minerva has locations in Maryland and Fairfax as well!
