Recess – Washington is DC’s newest venue and promises to break the mould and provide an alternative to the bars and nightclubs currently in the area. Recess will be a sanctuary for high profile out-of-towners, D.C. tastemakers and celebrities with the goal of enriching local nightlife with quality music, great drinks and courteous service.
