Beer Laziness

What is up with mans obsession with having animals and machines getting beer for them. I have never understood this. Is it not gratifying enough to get a beer for yourself. You still have to walk or drive to the store to get your beer. The robot could be used for other uses it would allow handicapped people to retrieve items and so things they normally could not do.
I am not going to lie it is pretty cool that your dog could get you a beer. But the countless hours it takes to teach them wouldn’t really be easier to just get it yourself. Let me know what you think.
